Access to the starting point:
We drive into the centre of Dravograd (to get here from Maribor via the Drava Valley or from Velenje via Slovenj Gradec), where the signs for Ojstrica direct us to the road which, after 6. 5km, leads us to the Church of St John the Baptist on Ojstrica. Just 10m after the church, you reach a crossroads where you turn sharp right in the direction of St. Urban. At the following junctions, follow the road towards the church until you are stopped by a ramp near which you park in a roadside parking lot.
Path description:
From the ramp, continue up the road, which climbs moderately and after a few minutes leads to a crossroads, where you continue to the right (unmarked). The road continues in a barely significant climb, crossing the slopes to the east. After about half an hour's walk, the road makes a sharp left turn and leads us out of the forest into a larger clearing, in the middle of which stands the Church of St Urban.
