Access to the starting point:
We drive to Rogaška Slatina, then continue our drive to Rogatec. In Rogatec, turn left at the roundabout in the direction of Ptuj, then follow the signs for Donačka gora or Rudi's home. After a few kilometres of climbing, you will arrive at Rudi's home, where you will park in the parking lot.
Path description:
From Rudi's house, continue towards the Donačka gora peak and initially walk along the macadam road. From the road, an easier path first branches off to the right to Donačka gora, and we continue along the road to a left serpentine, where we leave the road and continue straight ahead, following the cart track, which crosses the northern slopes of Donacca Mountain. There is a short cross-climb and we ascend to an unmarked saddle at Joški vrh, where we leave the marked path. Go left here and in two minutes you will reach the unmarked Joški vrh.
