Preval Prosca - Koreno (gentle path)

Access to the starting point:
From Dobrova, drive to Horjul or vice versa. When you reach the village Zaklanec, turn right (from Dobrova) in the direction of Polh Gradec. Follow the road as it climbs up to a small pass, where you will see mountain signposts along the road and a parking area next to them.
You can also get here from Polhov Gradec.

Path description:
From the Prosec pass, continue along the asphalted road towards Polhovo Gradec (direction Koreno longer route), then after a few steps come to a small crossroads, where you continue left. Continue along the asphalt road, and after 500 m it leads to a small hamlet where the asphalt ends.
Continue between the houses and follow the scenic macadam road, which turns into a forest higher up. The moderately steep road leads us onwards over a steep grassy slope, then returns to the forest, where it continues all the way to a lonely byte, after which the marked path from Polhov Gradec joins us on the right.
Continue left in the direction of Koreno, and continue along the moderately steep macadam road, which leads us higher to a marked crossroads where we join a steep path. Continue right along the asphalted road, which leads us over partly scenic slopes to the Open Door Farm pr'Lenart in the next few minutes. From here, continue straight ahead in the direction of 'razglednik' and continue your ascent along the narrow and increasingly scenic road, which quickly leads you to the Church of St. Mohorje in Fortunata. Continue past the cross on the grassy ridge, which is overloked, and in a few 10 steps you will reach the registration box at the top of Koren.
