Access to the starting point:
First, drive into the centre of Bovec, where you follow the road up past the church towards the village of Kaninska. Follow the road and it soon leads to a crossroads, where you turn left downhill towards the village Plužna (straight road to Kanin). The road then leads to the village Plužna, where you take a sharp right uphill in the middle of the village. The road then leads us to the last house in the village after which the road starts to descend and after 100m of descent leads us to the signposts where we park in a small parking lot near them.
Path description:
From the starting point, first walk to the crossroads, where you continue left towards the Virje waterfall (straight ahead to the Glijuna spring and the Srnica cave). The wide path, which continues to descend gently, leads us after a few minutes' walk to the next crossroads, where we continue to the right steeply downhill. Follow this rather steep path to the Virje waterfall, which is reached after a few minutes of further walking.

temperatura vode je super poleg tega pa greš lahko na naravni tobogan!!

V maju smo obiskali slap Virje, ki je res čudovit. Pred tem pa naredili še postanek pri izviru potoka Gljuna. Pot smo začeli in končali pri spodnji postaji Kaninske žičnice. Vsa pot je dobro markirana in primerna za vse, potrebna je le primerna obutev in dobra volja.
