Access to the starting point:
Take the road to Murska Sobota, then follow the signs for Hodoš. When you reach Peskovci, leave the main road and turn left into the village, and we will then drive to the Evangelical Cemetery, where we will park.
Path description:
From the cemetery parking lot, follow cart track, which continues straight up and leads you in a gentle ascent between the fields. Higher up, when you reach lane bushes, cart track turns slightly left, then turns back north and joins the waymarked trail starting on the other side of the village of Peskovci, where there are no parking spaces.
Follow the trail to the left, which leads you along the undistinguished summit of Kančec (322 m). After the summit, leave the edge of the forest and cart track leads you again between the fields, and a few minutes later you reach a macadam road, which you follow to the right. The path ahead leads past individual houses, and at a few small crossroads you continue straight ahead. When you reach a small pass higher up, turn right onto a side road, along which the markings continue, and the road climbs a little more, taking you to the Holy Trinity Church in a few minutes.
