Pertoča - Church of St. Mary of the Snows (Fikšinci)

Access to the starting point:
Drive to Gederovci (to get here from Murska Sobota or Radenci), then continue driving to Kuzma. After Cankova, drive through Ropoča, and then arrive at Pertoča, where the route described above begins at the bus stop, which is located near the junction where the road to Fikšinci branches off to the left. There are no parking spaces at the starting point.

Path description:
From where you parked, or from the bus stop, walk to the crossroads, from which take the side road to Fikšinci, and at the crossroads there are signs for the Frizeraj hairdressing salon. The path then gradually ascends, passing a bench and a cross. When you reach a settlement of several houses, go right towards St Helena's Church (straight ahead Fikšinci). There is a slightly steeper climb alongside the cemetery and you reach St Helena's Church, which is situated on top of a small hill.
From the church, return to the last crossroads, from where you continue towards Fikšinci.
The road continues past the firemen's and villagers' house Večeslavci, and when Pertoča ends, turn right at the crossroads towards Fikšinci (Ropoča on the left). Just a little further on, you arrive at Fikšinci (Ropoča on the left).
crossroads, where you can continue left along the road or straight on to cart track, which climbs over a 358 m high hill. On the other side of the hill, the paths merge and we continue along the road, which leads us past a few more houses, where we go left from a nearby crossroads. When Večeslavci ends, we cross the lane of the forest and start descending. When we leave the forest, we have a nice view towards the Church of Our Lady of the Snows. There is some more downhill and then we climb up to the settlement Fikšinci, where we go right (Gerlinci on the left).
From the crossroads it is a minute's walk to the Church of Our Lady of the Snows in Fikšinci.
