Access to the starting point:
a) Drive to Ljutomer, then drive to Ormož. When Ljutomer ends, the road to Podgradje first turns left, and we turn left at the next crossroads towards Gresovščak (there are also signs for the Pomurska planinsko trail at the crossroads). The way ahead takes us along a slightly narrower asphalt road, which we then park alongside in a suitable place.
b) Drive to Ormož, then follow the signs for Ljutomer. Continue along the railway line and, after moving away from the railway line, you will soon reach a crossroads where the road to the Gresovščak settlement branches off to the right (there are also signs for the Pomurska planinsko pot (Pomurska planinsko pot) at the crossroads). The route ahead takes you along a slightly narrower asphalt road, which you can park on in a suitable place.
Path description:
Follow the road quickly to Ljutomerske Ribniki, which the marked trail passes on the right. From the road, the marked path soon turns right, and we walk along the road to a nearby crossroads, from where we continue to the left in the direction of the Frank-Ozmec Tourist Farm (straight ahead Gresovščak). The path leads us between two ponds, and after them we arrive at the next crossroads, where we continue to the right (left footpath No 7). The path leads us along the valley of the Kumerská graba, where we pass by the aforementioned Tourist Farm (Gresovščak Tourist Farm, straight ahead Gresovščak Tourist Farm, straight ahead Gresovščak Tourist Farm). A few minutes further on, when the lane of the forest appears on the left and the road to the nearby houses branches off to the right, continue slightly to the left onto the grassy cart track, which begins to climb parallel to the main road. Cart track initially leads between a pasture on the right and a vineyard on the left, then turns into lane of woods and scrub. After a few minutes of cross-country climbing, you reach a dirt road, which you then follow up to an asphalt road (you can also take route 7 to get here), which you follow past a nearby house to the Ilovci bus stop, where you turn right towards the Krainz vineyard.
Continue along the dirt road, which leads you past an interesting rock peak, and then partly through the forest and partly between vineyards and individual houses. After a short descent, you arrive at a small pass, where you go left (a blind road on the right), and soon you reach the Krainz vineyard.
Continue along the dirt road, but at two small crossroads turn right. A little further on, you reach a hamlet of a few houses, where you cross the road onto the asphalt. When the asphalt road turns right downhill (the road descends to the ponds), we continue straight on the dirt road, where we see signs for Jeruzalem behind a nearby house, which direct us to the left. We then walk along a wide cart track, and the path continues to lead us between vineyards, where we pass some abandoned vineyards and blackberry brambles have grown. At a few small crossroads, follow the wider cart track, and after a while you will reach an asphalt road and thus also the markings of the Pomurska mountain trail. Follow the road to the left, and within a few minutes' walk you will reach the top of Jerusalem.
