Access to the starting point:
First, take the Ig, and then continue driving towards Škofljica. At the end of Ig, at a sharp left turn, you will notice a side road that turns right from the main road (straight ahead). This road then leads through the village Kremenica to a crossroads where two roads branch off to the right towards Draga (take the second road). Follow this road to the parking lot by the lake and the hunting lodge.
Path description:
The route described is not passable due to its passage on private land.
From the parking lot, continue past the hunting lodge along the unmarked path that runs along the embankment of the southern part of the Great Pond. On the other side of the lake, the path goes into the wods where it joins cart track which is followed to the right. After a further 10 steps, cart track splits into two parts. Continue along the left-hand one, which starts to climb (the bottom right-hand one encircles the lake) and leads us only a little further to the next crossroads. Here we take a sharp left and continue our ascent along the slightly steeper cart track, which joins the tarmac road higher up.
Follow the road to the right, and it soon leads out of the forest and onto the grassy slopes. After a few minutes' walk along the road, you will see a dirt road on the left, which you can follow to St Rupert's Church.
