Dom v Tamarju

Description of mountain hut:
The mountain lodge in Tamar is situated at the edge of a large meadow, which offers a beautiful view of the peaks and walls of the mountains surrounding Tamar and Planica. Most visitors choose this lodge as a destination, while some choose it as a starting point or intermediate point for their high mountain tours.
There is also a small chapel near the mountain lodge, on which you can see small memorial plaques that remind us of the mountaineers who have died in these mountains.
Holy Mass is held every Sunday in July and August at 3 p.m.
