Podrta gora

Description of peak:
At 2061 m, Podrta gora is the second highest mountain in the South Bohinj mountain range. It lies between Zeleni vrh (2052 m) and Vrh nad Škrbino (2054 m). The approach to the mountain is via a trackless path, which requires some easy climbing. The mountain is a point on the climbing part of the Bohinj Mountain Route. According to legend, the mountain was exactly as high as Triglav before it collapsed and buried the dragon underneath (the latter is also described in the story).
