Today flowers from planina Zajavornik, planina Lipance, Lipanski vrh and Mrežc

On Mount Zajavornik, the cross-leaved gentian will bloom.

The cup-shaped pasqueflower is also already appearing - I don't know exactly which one.

The thorny gentian has not yet opened its petals either.

There are several kinds of bellflower - this is the dwarf bellflower.

In the rocks of Mrežc, Zois' bellflowers are blooming.

In the grasses of Lipanski vrh, narrow-leaved gentians are blooming.

I found only two rockjasmins - this one is evergreen.

In the rocks of Mrežc we find rock speedwell.

Thistles are found - this is the thick-leaved thistle.

darinka4, beautiful! I have to go somewhere over 2000m for so many planikas. Photographing these black rhelikanijevih murks is delicate. It doesn't always succeed for me either.

- in picture no. 8. you have abraščevolistni grint - also for me the nicest grint.
- in picture no. 13. you have beautiful muškatni kamnokreč - it's beautiful. - Saxifraga exarata subsp. mosvata - this is a variety of izbrazdanega kamnokreča. I haven't found it for some years now.

I didn't investigate - where were you?

Branko, thanks. Unfortunately the murks have wilted and are what they are. Planiks though I've never seen so many. We were yesterday in Travnikova valley. More precisely on the summit Travnik 2258m. We intended to Plaški Vogel, but time was urging us. We didn't decide. Will need to go again. Still waiting Vršac, Kal, Čelo and Glava za bajto. Lonely spots, all full of flowers. And some viper can be found below the summit. When it peeks and basks in the sun.

We could call them late summer alpine flowers from the Krvavec pastures - Planina Jezerce, Kriška planina, Planina Koren and Planina Košutna, which we visited yesterday. The heat hasn't scorched all the flowers yet. Typical late summer flowers like sviščevec, navskrižnolistni svišč, svilnčasti svišč, bodeča neža and others are appearing. Kamniške murke from Planina Koren and Košutna have long since wilted. For planike you'd have to go over greben Ježa or to Mokrica.

There are more of such colored marmots and I can't distinguish them - it should be the early marmot.

Cross-leaved milkwort from the pasture on Kriška planina.

Silky milkwort is visible almost from the parking lot at Jezerce planina and accompanies us on all pastures.

Tail-like preobjeda also appears on all pastures.

There are several thistles - this is the common thistle.

This thistle is also common. We also find spear thistles.

I somehow can't distinguish between wood hawkweed and Fuchs' hawkweed.

Great yellow hawkbit, Bavarian and Carniolan ones are also found.

There are still quite a few bellflowers - this is the bushy bellflower.

On the protected path to Košutna planina we encounter Zois' bellflowers.

I found this globeflower - yellowish-white globeflower.

Among others, the windflower has also wilted.

Of the hawkbits in the shade, almost only Polini's poppy persists.

Cyclamens bloom almost throughout the entire growing season.

Shaggy rockjasmine on the protected path to Košutna planina. No other rockjasmines are found.

Meadow crane's-bill - this one is already from Jezersko, which we visited today.

Witasek's bellflower - typical late summer bellflower. Unfortunately a slight breeze spoils the photo.

PD Bohinjska Bistrica - VGN section organized a hike today to the habitats of alpine možina on Lisec. I participated too and for the second time this year admired this queen of mountain flowers. The weather was unfortunately bad - at least not hot. I photographed quite a bit more. But for this year the peak blooming of mountain flowers is over at least for this area.

Alpine možine are slowly losing their steel-blue color.

The PD BB guide showed us the only edelweiss growth site on the path to Lisec.

I didn't clear the habitat to fully reveal the leaves of this hawkweed.

On the ridge of Lisca everything was yellow radiant košeničice.

The crusty rockcress has also already finished flowering.

Small bush of wild currant - the red fruits are ripe and edible - we tried them.

Alpine sorrel is encroaching on the pastures.

The leaves are not visible. The species can be determined by the leaves.

At Orožnova koča the pink gadjak is still flowering.

Usnjatica with violet tongue. I discovered it is the spotted hedge-nettle - Galeopsis speciosa.

Curiosity on a stone on the path to Lisec - fossilized shell.

Today alpine flowers from the hike to Virnikov Grintovec. I was assistant leader - last in the line - sweeper and had time to search and observe what grows along the entire path - everything along the paths. Even on the top of Virnikov Grintavec I found some flowers - among others Zois' bellflower and golden-feathered hawkweed. Along the path I saw some other bellflowers - tomentose, clustered, bladder, Scheuzer, Witosek. I also saw some thistles and knapweeds, and also hawkweeds.

I should recognize it by the leaf, but I'm not doing too well.

After reviewing all the eyebrights that grow with us, I somehow concluded it's this eyebright-Euphrasia stricta.

I reviewed all hawkweeds in the Botanical Garden collection in Ljubljana and think it's the broad-leaved hawkweed-Hieracium bupleuroides.

We came across extensive stands of field hairgrass.

Right on the top of Virnikov Grintovec I also found Zois' bellflower.

On the summit in the grass I also spotted this clover.

On the rocky summit rocky houseleek also grows.

On the south there would be forest cat's paws - such I saw on Liščica.

Wall draba - grows on the wall by the church at Jezersko.

Branko, hello! You found many flowers along the path. On pic. 15 I think it's more marsh thistle than spiny thistle, because that should have some wider leaves characteristic of spiny thistle somewhere. Under no. 3 it's definitely not common betony. Betony leaves are completely different, as it belongs to the labiates. Which plant is in the picture, I can't recognize. lp nasmeh
