I assume via Belščica saddle.
Haven't walked east of it yet, someone who's been there will tell you, as far as I know from there to Vrtača (or Vertacho, as on Austrian signposts  ) normal marked trail. From the saddle descend towards Stol along a poorly marked and somewhat nasty gully then look right for the trail branch across scree, after it join the Ljubelj trail in about 10 mins. From there to summit another hour and a half.
Here (http://www.hribi.net/izlet/trate____johannsenruhe_stol_mimo_celovske_koce/11/53/1051) from 'From Belščica saddle onwards ...' Since you'll come from Vrtača your branch is a few minutes before saddle, from your side to the left.

Vrtača and Srednji vrh from Završnica (from Jagerski bajti)
Road from Završnica to Jagerski bajti normally drivable no issues, trail below Koča pri izviru Završnice upper part quite smooth and icy in morning, so walking with »cat chains or small crampons« under boots recommended. From hut to Šija saddle continuous ca 10 cm trodden snow, further to ridge less. Beyond ridge depending on wind deposits up to 30 cm, footprints trodden and track consolidated, but some rock parts sticking out.
On upper traverse yesterday a hiker had accident probably slip and badly injured stopped much lower, so proper use of all winter gear essential, also monitor weather and temps in high mountains as today after noon already significant thaw, sticky snow and clumps under crampons biggest slip hazard.
Trail to Vrtača up and down summer route, same to Srednji vrh.
South gully to Vrtača walked up today, per two guys in it conditions early morning and forenoon when still shaded good, but really not much snow.

I also noticed two climbing the gully so went to try. Conditions in gully good, just at entry some slush already. Rest as Alyas said.
Gully quite well trodden both ways.

Snow.. Hmm... Well there is some of course, but noticeably too little (for now).
In short, path to Zelenica a bit icy (goes without crampons too), then from hut to junction for Stol and Vrtača (summer path) little snow and little ice on the path.
Yesterday went directly up south gully - where most were going down, we decided to go up there - First some 100m on scree, then snow starts (crampons on and ice axe in hand). Path is nicely trodden, in between a bit less snow, somewhere a bit wind-blown... But you can get up nicely 
For down we chose summer path, which is also trodden and without issues. Of course need winter gear with you.
At top we saw footprints on eastern path too... Hikers at hut below already told us some turned back there yesterday... So don't know conditions on that side.

Today too much fresh snow and too much sinking. And spontaneous slabs... But 3 Neighbors went to the top as "spectators" on Middle Summit reported (bravo), and in Dry Gully (thanks for the track back). These days at Zelenica there's no shortage of trainees, tourers, sledders...

@cason, congrats on the tour. One friendly remark not directly related to ascent, but anyway. Applies to many other writers here. Word GAZ is feminine: good, bad, trodden, made etc. gaz.
No offense and many more great ascents on snowy gaz.
