To reach Železnica from Srednji vrh takes a good hour of walking, from there to Poldne less than an hour and a half (in dry conditions). To continue to Kresišče, return to the saddle below the mentioned summit. Unfortunately, I don't know the path there nor the current (snowy) conditions.

Summer tires will be perfectly sufficient. A few cm of snow that melts quickly (maybe it's gone already today), only at the parking lot, the road there is completely clear (11 km gravel, approx. 20 minutes).

I agree, tour for soul and heart that soaks up all autumn beauties.
Sadly heavily curtailed this year, at least for some.

Yesterday from Srednji vrh. By the babbling stream below, some fallen material across the path. Track of two so no sinking in fresh powder ankle-deep on snow base starting somewhere above first pasture. Gaiters no harm
Through last scrub quite frozen into gully, on return see snow-covered bypass on less exposed west side. Summit thaw 
Caught weather too, shortly after noon strong wind already blowing.

We started at Srednji vrh, ascended via Jermanov graben to Železnica and further to Trupej. To the saddle below Trupej the path is shady and in early hours well packed even for walkers without any aids. Still recommend small crampons for more comfortable hiking.
From Trupej to Blekova planina it's a different story. Ridge track is broken, thanks go to PD Rašica. Not well packed though, so we used snowshoes right away. Some spots need extra care due to narrow ridge and hard snow. Lower below treeline no more issues, then comfortable stroll to Blekova planina.
Here PD Rašica descended back to Železnica, we did snowshoe track to Vošca. Here and there helped by remnants of old ski tracks, so we reached Vošca in reasonable time panting . Followed stop at once mighty building just below summit, direct descent down gully to Železnica and further down to Jurež. South side at our descent time served perfect slush, so even with snowshoes more floating than snowshoeing  . From Jurež some road to start point and loop closed.
Overall great tour with excellent snow all way to Vošca. Early hour key factor. Ridge track from Trupej pulled, exploit it soon. Warning re ridge: exposure in places not for everyone, snowshoes very welcome due to varied snow bases.

On Sunday (20.2.) from Kranjska Gora via Srnjak to Vošca. Lower part (to the transmitter trampled), further after last snowfall not. Amount of snow increases at height of road to Železnica. Real track-breaking starts on ridge - to Grpišca somehow OK, further over Tamarča and esp. last gentle ascent to Vošca tormenting (part on fresh "snowshoer" tracks, but still sank deep). From Vošca descent to Blekova planina full track-breaking. No visible track on ridge to Trupeja so descended to Železnica, ascended Trupeja via classic path - that part well trampled and groomed. Last ascent not problematic - can be slightly icy in mornings.

Srednji vrh is village above Martuljek, starting point also for Trupejevo poldne, Maloško poldne, Vošca.... Our planinka Mojca reports that municipality Kranjska Gora diligently sends inspectors to Srednji vrh, fining (40 eur) anyone not parking at lot below village even if vehicle bothers no one and not even cm on road. On 8.10.2022 fines "forgiven" only those whose vehicles were parked along road lower than village.

Yesterday from Srednji vrh along Žlebnica stream towards Trupejevo poldne, but according to description only to part where gully we ascend strongly narrows (didn't reach clearing in description). There with wife we got a bit lost, which took us about 20 min unsuccessful path search, so then straight up the gully. Hit path from Grajšče some 600 m more east of saddle. Continuation over Trupeja, Blekova planina, Zajčnik to Vošca then over Jureževa planina to start really pleasant. Beautiful day no visitors on path offering wonderful views, and believe it or not for this time lots blooming alpenrose. Since got a bit lost along Žlebnica got 18.3 km pleasant walk.

You were at Blekova, not Belska planina.
I went almost same path Sunday, just to Trupeja via shorter path over Železnica.
