Patrik, best to ask the same in 2 weeks. It'll be known better then. In the best case for ascent to Triglav snow only at wall entry anymore. That's the best case for comparison.

Today via Rudno polje - Vodnikov dom - Planika - Triglav - Planika - Vodnikov dom - Bohinjska vratca - Tosc - Rudno polje.
Didn't use winter gear on whole path, one snowfield before Vodnikov dom, to Planika cross a few, below and above Planika still lots of snow, given today's heat all soft, steep snowfield above Planika bypassed in big detour left. Gully, continuation to Mali Triglav and ridge to summit dry, summit still enough snow for refreshment a while.
Ascent to Tosc from Bohinjska vratca its own story, like years ago also this time more my way ran into cairns in upper part.
Vodnikov dom already open, mostly met only foreigners, looks like all Slovenes in Germany or already at sea.

I went Thursday up from Planika and down to Kredarica. Mostly foreigners, if you don't know English you can't talk in the heart of TNP. Foreigners master the mountain, at Planika Czech couple packing tent at 10am. In the valley TNP guards drive nice cars and guard, what exactly?. At Kredarica it's open and Herman waits for victims, instant coffee 4.5 euros. Vodnikov dom open, friendly rooms and excellent coffee for 2.5 euros.

@puhi, hehe, I pretty much scared a foreign girl the day before yesterday, who asked what the terrain around Ledvička is like, if she could pitch a tent. And I said (of course in English) "harder to hide it, if ranger sees you it's 500€". She paled, thanked for warning and chose the hut.
I just hope she doesn't find out too soon that rangers tolerate camping, especially for collecting likes. And they make real business with parking fees...

I'm new here so please understanding and patience. This week I want from Vrata to Triglav...Where to leave car so parking for two days is within normal? Is it possible in Mojstrana to pay for two days?

The cheapest paid parking lots in Mojstrana that I know of cost 10 EUR per day per car. Via the Easypark app you pay for more days ahead - you can check the price from home for any location by finding and selecting it, turning the clock and getting an informative calculation - but of course be careful not to click the start parking button. . Some meters also accept card payment, but I don't know if for multi-day hikes. So have Easypark ready just in case. Have a nice tour!

Yesterday in Sappada, under beautiful mountains, parking free. Devices ridiculously cheap too. And they run all day, even though they run empty.
If I compare with Maribor, let alone with Julijci, Mojstrana, Blato, Jasna,...
Disaster, what they are doing to us. To those, namely, who still want to visit our peaks.

With Easypark prepayment there can be a problem with a full parking lot on the desired day/time... With such payment you haven't reserved a parking spot.

When I was younger I went on foot from Mojstrana to Triglav. Now for my age it's a bit too long a tour. But to pay those usurious parking fees set by our local sheriffs, that doesn't occur to me. I'll just choose starting points suitable for my pensioner pocket.

@djimuzl You don't pay for Easypark parking in advance. The start is always when you park - and then you roll the counter to the expected number of hours/days, and later adjust if needed.

When I was last in Vrata, due to poor connection it took about 10 min before I managed to pay, plus I had to pay EasyPark 2.8 EUR fee. Parking meter wasn't working anyway.

On 11/7 the parking meter didn't work for me and some others, card rejected. EasyPark of course didn't work or there was no signal, luckily the van driver reminded me that you can activate EasyPark via SMS too. By the end of the day I paid 20€.
