Jernej968 - protections are not snow-covered. Checked today on path Rudno polje - Planika - Mali Triglav - Triglav and down over škrbina. Path from Kredarica to Mali Triglav still a bit snowy - nothing worse (protections no problem).

Triglav (27.11.22)

On Thursday the first one labored and made a trail to Kredarica. On Sunday it was already well trodden, so we arrived in a similar time as in the summer months. First part all the way to the second crossing, where the route turns SE, has very little snow. It snowed with SE wind, so we knew where there was the most. On the ridge, as always, poetry to the top. It was a beautiful day with some visitors, but most only to Kredarica. Until serious precipitation, the conditions will remain similar. Rated as demanding good.

on the SE, where conditions are poor for most. I would call them demanding

The marten also likes to stroll along the ridge

With beer, the view of this beautiful ridge from Macesnovec all the way to Rjavina is always fascinating

4x4 car gets "easily" to the basin or even further to Lesa. For a normal car like most of us have, there might be problems already before Kovinarska koča. Two of us started from Radovna, the others from the basin. Little snow to Pleše, but it will somehow be possible to drive back. Instead of Francija, Marko carries the little tree. The path is without peculiarities, persistent first walkers have green light. Finally, the start of the wall is also filled in and there are no more unnecessary cables outside (winter time). The SE part was already a bit southern, but the base safely settled. On the ridge it's always nice, towards the top especially nicely filled. Nice weather, wind started only when we descended to the hut. After a break, on skis to the valley. Skiing is more "lousy", in the forest extreme caution due to narrow sections.

The hardest part behind us is nicely done.

It's true though, if technique is ok, especially fitness then the trip from Peričnik is totally doable. But not for slowpokes, cos things can get complicated fast. Day is short. Sadly I only hike with well-known folks
