I'm more interested in access to parking at Aljažev dom...

This link was already in another thread, don't know why you're worried about access to parking. Read when full closure is and go when there isn't.

Yes, but I'm more interested in how it looks when there is no road closure - how far is it asphalted

Closure up or down, asphalted from Mojstrana to start of gravel.

In 'new trips' section access to Brinova glava is described and pics show asphalted up there too, kilometer before parking at Aljažev dom

Asphalting of the road to Vrata started at parking before Aljažev dom working towards Mojstrana. Tomorrow they finish at junction with existing asphalt end of Mojstrana. Reconstruction not done, road closure still applies.

Tominskova has cca 3m snowfield in the gully when you descend down, then up "lojtra". Possible without gear, if needed use ice axe, snow soft enough. Snow higher on Podi, but no issues.
Asphalt from Mojstrana, closure 7 to cca 16.

If anyone's interested, the upper path from Staniča to Kredarica below Rž is snow-free in the upper secured and steep section, the snowfield is only on the flatter part below, an ice axe is quite handy for a safer step, especially downhill. Rjavina is snow-free from Vratc along the ridge. Kurica is also snow-free or the snow around the short gully can be easily bypassed.

Friday/Saturday, 24/25 June

Night ascent from Zadnjica. At 21:45 from Kopiščar, before noon the next day back at Južina. Hard to write more about the ascent, night has its own power, perhaps only that from Dolič up it pulled like crazy and that under Dolič one part of the mule track is under snow, bypass a few meters lower on the flatter. We stepped on the summit with dawn.

Half an hour later already trumpet, accordion, yodeling, howling, no escape. I doubt they do such things on Grossglockner, Zugspitze, Marmolata... Our TNP rangers happily drive through Triglav valleys and fine drivers with high amounts who didn't park in the designated spot (even though not bothering anyone), chase those who sleep by the car, also fine them, since they arrived from far in the middle of the night and rest before ascent, and more could be found. To head to the highest and ensure order there compliant with laws and TNP rules, that's not. At least I haven't heard of them ever ensuring some peace on the summit. If I'm wrong, apologies of course, but I think I'm not far from the truth zavijanje z očmi

After long and high ascent we properly refueled, waited for sun rays over Karavanke, then slowly headed to the valley. Another rest and fuel at Dolič, then zig-zag (mule track is laid that way) to the valley. Before end of the trip a dip in Pinjo, oh how good it felt, there I even yodeled and howled myself a bit when it "hit me" from the cold water. Finish as usual in Zadnjica, home goodies, this time spoon-fed, at Kopiščar (Justi&Vinko 100x thanks), between Južina chat about this and that and of course future trips nasmeh

Even at night you get far and high, maybe even easier than daytime, since you don't have the mountain in sight that you're heading to and thus don't know what ordeals await velik nasmeh
