The most demanding mountain in Slovenia...?

Technically? Don't forget Razor. The summit part is a proper via ferrata, though very short.

What about Pihavec? In terms of difficulty?

Pihavec is a mountain for incorrigible mountain romantics. Of course the mountain also has a not overly demanding marked approach (well, at the cable-secured steep step in the notch someone might trip), but pathless wanderings to the summit ... All the best.

If sticking to the title without preconditions, then definitely Vrh Rokavskega grebena. Prevčev stolp is a shade harder, but one could climb it from above too, where it is easier. If considering marked access, then Mrzla gora, though some marked summits are more demanding (Prisank via Hanzova or Kopiščarjeva, Jalovec,...), but they also have less demanding accesses.

No, Turn pod Razorjem has 30m nice IVs and below 30m IIIs. That's all.

From marked ones don't forget Bavski grinavec via sedlo Kanja. Long approach, for those not used to cables not exactly easiest ascent through wall and exposed upper part of path. And with pegs sparse in places. At least for me more annoying than "proverbially hardest" Hanzova on Prisank.

He,he, on the path to Bavški G. via sedlo kanja I have so far only once asked myself if I really need this.

But has weak point towards Lake Jasna (quite easy access).

You mean via Rušev graben?

Emphasis on fairly, yes. Tone, from the window down the gully, below the gully diagonally right among pines to the forested ridge and left along it into the valley. At the end there are rocky jumps, where it's "fairly" steep to the shortest part of the jump with the spruce, where you can go down without rappelling. You reach a path and along it right across the stream to the forest road, which then drops you in the settlement above Jasna.
