K2 - Jakob - Konfinska path

At the end of Nova vas I drive to the water and park. After a few minutes of leisurely upstream walk I had to plunge into undergrowth and thus up the hill. Luckily despite warm weather flora still relatively low and those few partially overgrown rises quickly passed. Further overgrowth eases, steepness doesn't. velik nasmeh At every viewpoint playing photographer, actually catching breath zadrega and of course views nasmeh. Past hut I zipped like lightning and a few dozen meters behind church, spotting cairn, turn left to Konfinska path. Eyes barely adjust to forest darkness, already amazed by incredible troddenness or traceability. At some spots Konfinska is a bit 'playful', especially wet as today, watch out not to drop a level lower. No people met except at huts, but quite some drawn and metal arrows. Latter nailed to trees (shame someone bothered so much). Here and there red dot and cairn. Sadly most 'aids' were not needed. Someone cares for path otherwise, most fallen trees neatly sawn.nasmeh

Nice outing, when known suitable for afternoon or short days.

At this point I finished the excursion on Konfinska and turned left downhill towards Bistrica23
It is quite tedious to descend to the slip24
