Today on Porezen, when it was foggy and cloudy in the valley, and we had to cut the gaz too... so the trail from Petrov Brdo is done, tomorrow the hut on top open too...

On Sunday I was on Porezen from Davča. Windy, some small snowdrifts on the path, mainly the path nicely passable. Recommend gaiters.

Today from Davča to Porezen. Through forest nicely trodden gaz not frozen at all, so really easy walking. Over ridge already quite some dry path sections. At top pleasantly warm and no wind. Nice regards

If I divide the path from Petrov Brdo roughly into 4 parts:
- first half through forest is dry, lots of snowdrops around nasmeh
- second half through forest icy, good to have crampons as quite slippery
- out of forest to hut, there is wet snow and mud on path
- last few meters from hut to top dry, incl summit

If anything else interests you, ask mežikanje

How much snow is left on that forest road to go up by bike?

Yesterday we went with a colleague from Davča, the trail is dry, on some shaded parts there's still a little snow left, there it's also a bit icy. Otherwise the trail is totally super, suitable also for cyclists. Have a nice weekend lp

jewel, those pics were probably not taken on Saturday's hike to Porezen. I was on the hike from Davča. From the saddle onwards it was foggy and nothing was visible, so no pics taken.

Anyone on hike yesterday, really curious what weather was, surely fog, or not??

I was at Porezen yesterday. There was milder fog. Compared to last year, this year's weather was "delux". No wind, no real frost, little snow, more mud.

Hi hi.
Today I registered and I'm writing right away. Tomorrow I plan to go to Porezen, wonder if anyone was up there recently, last week? A bit worried if snow fell overnight, if yes at least not much.
Thanks for info, nice day everyone onwards. :-)
