Slightly contradictory. Paid parking at own risk. Need to ask about the legal basis that excludes liability of the parking owner, who charges parking fee, so doesn't bear responsibility for damage or theft case
Maybe some official here who can argue this.

The slightly elevated parking lot on the right of the parking meter won't be payable, at least that's what Tržič municipality says. So only what's ahead of the parking meter under the hotel applies.

ljubitel gora, you can park at the hotel and at the benches, right after the bridge, there it's not municipal land, with this parking fee collection there might be problems, I doubt if that land is municipal at all, if it's not all from the fund
