Hi! We shot a new film. We made an effort so that the story is Slovenian, includes a local legend, Slovenian heroes, Slovenian production and bears the name of the Slovenian national symbol and pride - Triglav. With a sustainable vision we look to a bright future... The film is available HERE

This has nothing to do with conditions in the mountains, but it's cheap advertising, so it should be removed.

If everything is already Slovenian, story and legend and heroes and production, why the hell then Eco resort It could be nicely read in Slovenian too. Or named.

I like it. Triglav story from the past connected to the present, as these young guys see it in their own way. Anyway, many things on this forum had nothing to do with conditions in the mountains

Igor, I completely agree. The ad has nothing to do with mountains but advertises a hotel. And from in front of this Eco hotel a year or two ago they flew visitors by helicopter to the peaks above Sorisko planina. ECO with capital letters

Why doesn't anyone film these four heroes with their gear? The film would be much more interesting!

When the shots started flying by and I saw how short it was I hoped it was a trailer for some documentary. story, shots, angles, flow, editing... top-notch! Haven't seen such a good product in Slovenia yet. There are documentaries, shots but this is really "Off the hook"! It's an ad, so what, it has a good story and it's nice to watch

Hello everyone! Regarding the placement of the little film among the conditions I apologize, I'm not very familiar with the forum and put it in the wrong section. Thanks to the admin for moving it. But as for the first posts I just can't believe how some of you think. You see only bad and woe in everything, as if it's bad for someone to watch this. In the end - with all the nonsense that surrounds us daily, I think that in these barely 3 minutes there is still something concretely beautiful and very cinematic shots of nature, Triglav, Bohinj ... And about the helicopter that took off in front of the hotel. We didn't "fly it" (Hotel), it was a direct order from the client who was taking world journalists to the mountains. Those journalists wrote in world cycling media, which brings additional guests to our dear little Slovenia and advertises in the world. Since we have to pay salaries to 70 people from 70 families mostly from Bohinj every month, I have no bad conscience if we allowed it to the client. Unfortunately in Slovenia it's the habit that usually only those for whom money is self-evident pontificate, either employed in state services or otherwise "provided for" and then comment without knowing anything about the matter or knowing it. But when state officials go to Kredarica and thus do nothing good for anyone but rather costs to ALL citizens and pollute nature even more with their actions, that's fine, right? Oh us Slovenians ... you'll eat yourselves if you think like that.

Nicely made film. Beautiful shots. Well-done work. Congratulations to all. And I hope for successful completion of the 2864 ski resort project. At least someone is still looking to the future, sees ideas and tries to implement them!

Probably you wanted to depict how it would all look if it happened today, but I think the film would still be more interesting if shot in retro style. We see the present every day, the past more rarely (only in some films). Otherwise it's well shot.

For me personally the script is pointless and I see it more as some attempt for something bigger in the future, whatever ... But I have to admit it's shot really top-notch. Our RTV doesn't produce such shots even after five years on one project

The script is superficial, which tries to hide with pathos of some historical facts; what was once possible calls for nostalgia, today we are not capable of sincerity. The shots are edited Hollywood-style, which gives the feeling it's an ad for new hiking shoes or some Nat. Geogr. Ch. spot about pristine nature, which is spoiled by the view of high technology. The originality of alpinism is messed up with modernization, or as Štremfelj would say: "Today anyone can get to Mont Everest.."

Film Nordwand or North Face of Eiger, I've already watched it and can say it's really worth watching. The film vividly shows how weather conditions change quickly and shape the fate of alpinists who set out to conquer this mighty mountain.
