is there anyone who wants to ascend Stol on August 18th and would give us (2 persons) a ride from Bled or nearby to Valvasorjev Dom? That would be very nice and definitely make my day.

From the Valvasorjev Dom or from Zirovnica? Because I read it will take an average of 3.5 hours each way from the hut.

Anyone on the way from Bled (or nearby) to Valvasorjev Dom on August 17th or 18th, who could give two people a ride? (We are harmless)

Oh, I will be there in a month, not right now. Probably very warm weather in August. But I will remind to start early.

I have never hiked for 9-10 hours.

But the altitude difference is much more. Hour and a half one way, makes 3 hours total more, hm, I don't know. Have to think about this.

Do you think, I could survive (normal fitness, not a fat couch potatoe)? I`m not a very big hiker.

Sorry, totally forgot: I want to ascend Stol and want to start at Valvasorjev Dom.
