Access to the starting point:
Drive to Podpeč and follow the road to Krimo. Soon, a steep road branches off to the left towards Rakitna. Take the road and follow it to the crossroads, where you will take a sharp left for Sveta Ana. The narrow road soon leads to a crossroads where you turn left towards a marked parking area.
Path description:
From the parking lot, go back a few metres in the direction of travel to the asphalted road, where you head up towards Krimo. After a few metres, the road leads to a crossroads, where you turn right along the road below. After a further 100m walk, leave the road and take the direction cart track in the direction of Krimo. Continue following cart track, which climbs gently through the forest. After about half an hour's walk, the path crosses a scenic meadow and leads to a crossroads where the first path from the village of Jezero joins us. The path leads us just a little further to a small hamlet, where we continue to the right towards the church of St Thomas, which is reached after a few steps of further walking.
