Vipota

Description of peak:
Vipota is a 532-metre-high peak south of Celje, above the left bank of the Savinja. Approaches to the summit are possible from several directions. The summit is forested, partly rocky and there are no distinct views. Directly above Pečovniškim grabno, on the slope Vipota, grows one of the tallest trees in Slovenia, the duglazija, a coniferous tree of the pine family.
