Kamniška koča na Kamniškem sedlu

Description of mountain hut:
Kamniška koča is located just a few metres below Kamniško sedlo, between Brana and Planjava. The cottage, which is open in the extended summer season, also has a winter room. For a better view, climb up to the saddle three minutes away, from which you can see the Logarska dolina valley and the Rinka waterfall with its eagle's nest in the gorge. The view of Mrzla gora, Brana and Planjava is beautiful. The hut, which is part of the Slovenian Alpine Route, is reached by a cargo cableway, which helps to transport food and other items needed to maintain the hut.
