Hut is located beneath the top of Smrekovec on the east side of mountain range of Smrekovec. Because of the nearby forest you can expect view only to Ojstrica and the neighbouring mountains. Below the hut is large meadow, and by the hut you can see different animals carved from wood (snakes, dragons, crocodiles…)
