Dom na Komni

Description of mountain hut:
The Dom na Komni, open all year round, is located on an unobtrusive scenic rise west of Lake Bohinj. The hut is clearly visible from the lake and its immediate surroundings. In front of the hut is a viewing terrace from which the Lower Bohinj Mountains are nicely visible. To view the mountains above the Triglav Lakes valley, one must climb the small hill next to the terrace, a minute away. Since the hut is open all year, the path is also trodden in winter a day or two after snowfall.
