Bivouac beneath Mrzli vrh is located just a few meters below Savinjsko saddle. It provides shelter in case of storms and there is also a register book inside. The view from the bivouac is very beautiful - you can see the mountain Rinke, Turska gora and other summits above Logarska valley.
