Preddvor-Jezersko. When we come to Zgornje Jezersko we turn left at a crossroads towards church on Jezersko. The right road goes towards waterfall Čedca. We park on a parking lot by the church.

We follow the signs to Virnikov Grintovec from the parking place by the church. The path quickly leads us into the forest, where it starts to ascend. It then goes across a stream and to some houses (15 min). The path turns into the beech forest and leads us to a crossing in 20 min. We take a wide cart track on the left and follow it for a few minutes. A sign then directs us right and we start to ascend more steeply. We reach the saddle Žingerc and a clearing. The path turns left and the steepness reduces. The path reenters the forest, which disappears just a few meters from the top. What is left for us are just a few steps over a crest with beautiful view.
