We drive from Trenta or Kranjska Gora to pass Vršič. We park there.

We orient to unmarked path on Vršič going to the West side of the road. Path first crosses slopes towards left and brings us to a scree. We cross this scree in upper part towards left. Path then brings us to a demanding point. Here we climb to a saddle over a steep slope. This part is dangerous because of falling rocks. We turn to right to right at the saddle and we climb to a ridge on a steep path. Path soon leaves this saddle and crosses slopes just under the ridge. We can see a valley between both Mojstrovkas in front of us. Path towards Mala Mojstrovka goes again on a ridge that we follow to the top.
