Rošpoh (chapel next to the bus station) - Sveti Urban above Maribor

Access to the starting point:
a) From the road Maribor - Dravograd, in Kamnica, turn right at the traffic lights towards the centre of Kamnica (from the route of Dravograd turn left), then follow the road towards Spodnja Kungota. When Kamnica ends, you arrive in the settlement Rošpoh, where you drive to the crossroads where the road to the farm Skok and the farm Brunček turns left before the chapel. At the chapel, where there is also a bus stop, the route described above begins. Park in a suitable place nearby.
b) Take the roundabout Počehova, from which take the exit towards Lenart v Slov. gorice. It takes only a short time to drive towards Lenart, as the first crossroads on the right in the direction of Zgornja Kungota and Dolnja Počehova. Before reaching the expressway towards Maribor, go once more in the direction of Zgornja Kungota. When you reach Lower Kungota, you will see signs for Kamnica, which will direct you to the left. Follow the slightly narrower road and initially climb some more. Still in Rošpoh, which is located in front of Kamnica, we will reach a crossroads by a chapel and a bus stop, where the road to the right branches off towards the Skok and Brunček farms. At the crossroads, the route described above begins, and you can park at a suitable place nearby.

Path description:
From the starting point, take the side road leading to the fruit farm Skok, the Brunček farm and in the direction of the footpath to Sv. Urbana. At first, you walk along an asphalt road which quickly leads you to the Skok fruit farm, from which you continue along a road surrounded by orchards and, higher up, vineyards and woods. A little higher up, the path is laid and leads to a crossroads at the crossroads, where we continue slightly left on the road in the direction of Sv. Urbana (the right-hand road leads to the Brunček farm, where there is a stamp).
Leave the road in front of the nearby house and continue slightly left on the marked cart track, which climbs through the forest. There is some climbing through the forest, and at the chapel you leave the forest and climb over a hay field, which offers a nice view. Higher up, you reach a village and the path becomes asphalted and continues to climb.
The road continues through the lane of a forest and then leads to a small pass, where you go left. Walk along the asphalt road, which you leave at an unmarked turnoff, where a path branches off to the right, leading to the top of Sv. Urbana.
There is a short cross-country climb over a scenic slope, and then you reach another road, which you follow to the right. Follow the road for another minute and you will reach the Church of St. Urban, which offers a beautiful view towards Maribor and the surrounding hills.
