Access to the starting point:
From the road Dravograd - Maribor, in Radlje ob Dravi, from the crossroads by the Lidl shop, go towards the centre of the settlement and the Radeljski Pass. After the crossroads, go past the Hofer shop and past the road turning off to the left towards St. Trem Kralje, and at the next crossroads turn left towards Austria. Just after the crossroads, take another left and park in the large asphalt parking lot near the Radlje Manor.
Path description:
At the parking lot, the signs for Sv. Tri Kralje and Bricnik direct you to the path towards Dvorcu Radlje, and from there you quickly go right down the wide path to the asphalt road, which you follow to the right. Walk along Samostanska Street, passing a few houses and following the signs at the crossroads. Continue walking along the asphalt road which leads you through the Radeljski Potok valley, and from the crossroads, passing many direction signs, go slightly left towards the marked path. A few minutes further on, the asphalt ends and the road turns right at a higher level, leaving the valley. The way ahead takes us past a sign, and after it we soon go left, as the signs direct us to a footpath. The ascent through the woods is followed, where you soon cross a dirt road, and the next time you reach a dirt road, you reach it just at the crossroads.

Continue on the upper road towards Bricnik. There is a left serpentine, and after this you reach a small hamlet where the road turns back to the right. The path continues along cart track and then turns into a forest. Higher up, a beautiful view opens up to our left, stretching from Uršlje Gora to Pec, and in good visibility all the way to the Kamniško Savinjske Alps. With beautiful views, we reach the Navšnik homestead, where the path from Kapunar or the Razdevšek homestead, located in the valley of the Radeljski brook, joins us from the right. A few steps above the crossroads, continue right and start climbing cross-country on the macadam road, and from the nearby crossroads go left. There is a cross-country climb to the left, and as you cross, the road branches off to the left towards the Pušej homestead. Continue straight ahead and when you reach the ridge, you will reach a marked crossroads.
Continue straight on towards Bricnik (sharp right Sv. Trije Kralji), at first with good views, then the road goes gently into the forest. When you reach the marked crossroads after the ecological island, continue slightly left on the marked but less visible path, which climbs through hay fields to the homestead Zgornji Pernat (sharp left homestead Dobnik, left Zavetišče Onuk - Glavar, straight St. John the Baptist). Before the homestead, pass the chapel on the right, and after the homestead, climb up the hayfield to the edge of the forest, where the path becomes more distinct and turns into the forest again. Through the forest, initially climb steeply, then reach the east to north-east ridge Bricnik, which is followed by a gentle to moderate climb through the forest. Follow the trail, which is surrounded by pine trees at the crossroads, in the direction of the markers, and follow it all the way to the 1017-metre-high Bricnik.
Description and figures refer to the situation in 2019 (March).
