Access to the starting point:
Lokve can be reached from Nova Gorica via Solkan, Ravnica, Trnovo and Nemce or from Most na Soči via Čepovan. At Lokve, follow the signpost for Predmeja and park at the end of the village (Poncala) before the road goes into the forest.
Path description:
At Poncala, take the cart track down to the right. The trail leads us in about half an hour's walk to Bolo, where we meet the road to Predmeja again. We continue uphill steeply to the right. Follow the signposts that lead us along the track, then along the forest road for a few hundred metres and back along the track, reaching another road just below the top of Mrzovec. Here you turn onto a track on the left-hand side of the road, which takes you to the top in five minutes.
