Dolga vas - Piramida (Lendavske gorice)

Access to the starting point:
Leave the Pomurje motorway at the junction for Dolgo vas, where you take the H7 expressway for a short distance and take the first exit for Dolgo vas. When you arrive in Dolgo vas, you will pass the cemetery, where there is a marked parking lot, but parking is only allowed for visitors to the cemetery. We drive to the other side of the cemetery, where we exit the junction on the left (right Lendava) and then park on the east side of the cemetery.

Path description:
From the parking lot, first carefully cross the main road and then turn right towards Lendava. After a few steps, turn left onto a side road, marked Vinarium Tower and Opekarniško pot. The road then climbs past the fire brigade, and at the part where the road passes through the forest, you reach a marked crossroads where the Opekarniška trail branches off to the left.
Continue along the road, which climbs higher past a few houses and leads to a signpost, after which you continue straight ahead from a small crossroads. Continue walking between occasional houses, following the signs and markings for the Opekarniška path at the crossroads.
Go left twice towards the Vinarium Tower (to the right Sv. Trojica and Lendava), then continue straight ahead from the next junctions and climb up to the Vinarium Tower in a few minutes.
From the lookout tower, continue in the direction of the pyramid, and after about 10 minutes of further walking along the road, which climbs gently, you will reach the pyramid, which is located at the highest point of the Lendava mountains.
