Access to the starting point:
From the A1 motorway from Ljubljana or Maribor, take the Žalec exit. Follow the signs for Velenje. From the Maribor direction turn right and from the Ljubljana direction turn left. Watch the traffic lights. Go through Velika Pirešica, past the quarry and through the gorge to the village of Črnova. The turn-off is marked. Turn left and then follow the road on the right straight uphill. Before you reach the forest, you will see mountain signs. Park in a suitable place and go for a nice walk to the top of Lipnik.
Path description:
The route is easy and marked. From the markers at the starting point, head uphill into the forest, where markings guide the way. After a short climb, we reach the sign for Lipnik, and a little further on we see the transmitter. Take a few more steps and you will reach the top.
You can go back the same way, or you can go in the direction of Obirc. If you take this route, after a few metres on the forest path you will reach an asphalt road. Follow the road down (to the right) to the starting point.
