Description: Today we indulged in a good dose of positive for the race we have planned for next month. It was about continuing progression and putting the week's training into practice on the ground. We needed to find a hill that was long (minimum 10 min uphill) and with the steepest incline possible. That's what I did and went to the village of Bissingen where there's a hill with those characteristics. Once on the trail, it was a minimum of 4 uphill series, always trotting. The day was great but the terrain very muddy, making it even harder. In the end everything went well, legs held up fine, knee didn't complain and it seems we're on the right path.
