Description: Soon we have a short race but with considerable elevation gain. So it's time to train strength hard. In my opinion one of the best methods to gain or train strength are stairs. The improvement is considerable and results show quickly. Training stairs in their different versions provides the runner with an almost complete workout, as almost all musculature is involved. Today we went to a mixed terrain where stairs and hills combine. That's why in areas without steps, we had to push a bit to compensate. It's a high-intensity training and usually the runner ends up exhausted. I've done some slow-motion shots to better appreciate the execution. Hope you like it. Greetings.
