Description:
The ski tour to Juifen is really no secret tip, quite the opposite. Still, it's a rewarding, very comfortable tour that is at least fairly avalanche-safe to Lämpereralm with proper track laying. Currently the snow conditions are moderate and behind Lämpereralm it's quite wind-blown – only worthwhile with better snow, when the traverse to the saddle below Juifen must be carefully checked: that's definitely an avalanche slope.
