Großglockner ascent - normal route
TOUR DESCRIPTION
Most ascents of Großglockner are via the normal route from Kals (East Tyrol). Starting at the parking lot at Alpengasthof Lucknerhaus (1,918 m), follow a marked hiking trail through Ködnitztal past Lucknerhütte (2,241 m) to Stüdlhütte (2,802 m) – approx. 2.5 hours.
