Easy alpine mountain hike to Kleiner Pyhrgas via Gowilalmhütte.
Description
From the starting point at Hintergrabenbauer, first follow Oberweng road, then right onto the marked trail to Gowilalmhütte at 1,375 m above sea level through the forest all the way. From the hut continue over a dwarf pine-covered ridge and finally over rocky, open terrain (sure-footedness required!) to the summit at 2,023 m above sea level. The summit offers a wonderful panorama.
