Description:
The film of the Elbrus 2006 expedition, organized by the UIAA youth commission to the summit of the 'roof of Europe' (5642m) with Youth Mountaineering groups from all over Europe.
The Piacenza section contributed to the formation of the Italian group with three participants who all reached the summit: Aldo Scorsoglio (expedition leader), Pippo Bianchi (National AG Guide) and Andrea Merli, at the time one of the seventeen-year-old boys in the group and today Instructor of the Youth Mountaineering School 'I Ghiri' of our section.
