Description:
Obergailtaler Joch is a saddle at an altitude of 2216 meters located in the Carnic Alps mountain range. The saddle is located 1.0 km east-northeast of peak Creta Verde / Steinwand. The nearest mountain hut is Enderberghütte, located 2km northwest. A little further is bivouac Gossnhütte. Southwest of the saddle is the valley Val Degano.
