Description:
Marchkofel is 2300 meter high peak located in the Carnic Alps mountain range. The peak is located 1.5 km northeast of peak Creta Verde / Steinwand. The nearest mountain hut is Enderberghütte, located 2km west-northwest. Closer is Käserfeldhütte, which is located 1.1km to the north. South-southwest of the summit is the valley Val Degano.
