Description:
Kopfkraxe is 2376 meter high peak in the Zillertal Alps. The peak is located 0.6 km south of peak Hohe Wand. The nearest mountain hut is Kasseler Hütte, located 5km north. A little further is Alpenverein Ahrntal. 2 km north from the summit there is glacier Westliches Stillupkees, 2 km northwest from the summit there is also glacier Frankbachkees - Vedretta di Rio Franco. The peak is located east-southeast of the valley Floitengrund.
