Kisovec is 1389 meter high peak located in the Julian Alps mountain range. The peak is located 1.7 km southwest from the center of Hrušica and 3 km west-southwest from the center of Plavški Rovt and 3 km east of peak Jerebikovec. The nearest mountain hut is Rosenkogelhütte, located 6km north-northeast. A bit closer is bivouac Bivak Stebrasta skala, which is located 5km to the east-southeast. The peak is located northeast of the valley Stresena dolina. The peak is located Mežakla.
