Today I took my little one to Bogatin Saddle. Conditions from the Komna hut up to 1600m excellent. Crust that doesn't break even under foot traffic. Higher up footprints are a bit more visible, but max to about 15 cm. Best conditions right under the saddle, where the snow is so packed by wind that walking is pure pleasure.

Yesterday we climbed Tosc via the eastern gully. Snow in the gully nicely settled, already quite trodden. Two short jumps still not melted.
