Today I went up the Central and down via Šentanski couloir. Great conditions, nice steps made on the Central, same down via Šentanca. Upper part of Šentanca fully covered in snow, icy here and there. One ice axe enough for ascent and descent (the second one I took just in case stayed on the backpack).

This is how it was last week in Italy: for Giro with finish at Sv. Višarje, all day from 8h every 20 min free buses from Planica to Trbiž, from there next to lower gondola station. Same back till 23h. Those lucky ones who reserved parking online paid 3.5 Euros for whole day.

I went up the central on Saturday. Thanks to the predecessor for the track. But damn, in the narrowing opposite seven skiers came, they smoothed everything, so I tasted the full pleasure of breaking trail. The snow was very southern. A bit ashamed to admit, but despite two ice axes on the backpack I went to the top just in crampons and ski poles.

On Sunday I was at Roblek and Begunjščica. Started at Polish alpine pasture. To Roblek no trace of snow, higher up mostly gone, only mud left. To Zelenica side different story of course.

Uroš, where was picture 16 taken? And set it on your phone so selfies won't be mirrored!

Is the road to the cable car open for traffic now?

At Bohinj municipality I inquired about parking at Savica. This is what they told me:
- Parking lot is private property, owner (allegedly Metropolitana, owned by Ljubljana archdiocese), charges 10€ per day, even in winter.
- Collector should be there every day 6 to 22, but in practice not always. If bad luck he's there, you pay for that day
- Municipality has nothing to do with it, except posted parking info on their site. That means no fine if you park there and no collector to charge you
- But careful to park in the lot. If on road before, easy prey for municipal warden.

Good we don't need ticket for path to Komna.
