Still valid: parking at Kovinarska hut and mandatory crampons...? For Tuesday almost ideal conditions for winter ascent are forecast.

We took advantage of probably the last ideal conditions for visiting Kredarica. A real Christmas fairy tale. Too bad that it doesn't say on our forehead who the Hribi.net user is, so we could meet in person.

I'm planning to go to Kredarica on Saturday. Can you drive to the ramp already and how is parking? Is it cleared for parking by the road?

Also today a wonderful day. Real processions to Kredarica and to the top. In the afternoon Kalvarija to Zg. Krma softened a lot, so on some spots already sinking through. Lower part hard and icy (though it was already March 15th, winter gear - crampons - still very useful).

Nice day for ascent to Mrzlica. Icy only a bit before summit and on stairs to hut. Hut crowded but excellent food and good service. Views around fantastic.

Yesterday to the top from the village Laško via Kališče. Path to the hut in the shade then hot, hot. So the beer at Kališče on the return was even better, plus excellent cottage cheese strudels.

Thanks to both for the answer. Tomorrow I'll decide, depending on when I arrive at the hut in Kamniška Bistrica, whether to continue driving or not.

On Saturday we're heading to Grintovec from the lower station of the cable car to Kokrško sedlo. Since there were some comments about the closed road or that driving is allowed only to residents, I'm interested how far I can go by car and by how much time my path is extended? Lp

We also met yesterday. We did a nice tour: Krma-Planika-Triglav-Planika-Kredarica-Staničeva koča (overnight)-Krma. Kids are already announcing a repeat next year.

Today in wonderful weather to Dobrča from Brezje near Tržič. Path completely dry, some snow only near the hut. All benches outside the hut occupied - everyone wants to sunbathe. Service and food excellent.
