Hi.
I climbed central on Baba last weekend, descended via ferrata. On the way to the summit you cross snow 6 times on the last snowfield approx. 200 m below the summit. Recommend at least an ice axe as it's pretty steep. If you slip below there are slabs and also you'd gain speed because it's not such a small snowfield. Cables torn in some places but new ones already prepared.

Yesterday my colleague and I also decided to check how those few meters of the new path look, unlike Dejan we started from Vršič and descended to Zadnjica, I'd just add that the rockfall is quite active so gotta be quite early, because when the sun warmed up stuff was flying down, accordingly crampons and ice axe for crossing to the saddle between Planja and Razor.

Conditions on Sunday were so-so, ledges very rotten and will surely slide down (if they already haven't). On the ridge puffed up, temps high now so gotta be smart. Today in Vrata watched dance of avalanches on walls, bang like front from all sides. Morning +4 in Vrata at 4am, even with crampons couldn't walk well on rotten.

i was today at zelenica and skiing was really fine, we skied from plot and from central entrance (too thick fog) to go further, otherwise today new snow ca 15 cm.
road to zelenica esp during thaws need care cause when sun shines can really come down hard.

green, regarding the school it goes like this:
I'm actually a trainee, I started the school last year where we started with the dry part meaning rock, 1 per week we had a lecture and 1 field exercise, then there are also weekends where we went to crags so we trained climbing so you're confident in mountains. At our place there were lots of people at start who then realized that the thing itself takes a lot of time, namely it becomes a way of life. In short if you take it a bit seriously you'll spend weekends in mountains, during week most afternoons in local crags where you'll maintain form. It's however insanely good, in winter things go similar just a bit more waiting for conditions. lp

namely in Hervis they have avalanche triplets too, wait for 40% sale which you get as voucher only it came 350 euros and then I got voucher with certain amount and went back right away, of course you have to spend it fully and so multiple times same day I left with tons of gear, some of which sold online and got those 350 euros back, avalanche triplet is this:

Hi. Today I visited Vrtača (to finally see it in the sun), start from Ljubelj, path nothing special to 1750 m, foggy and frozen, but when I climbed over, perfect sunshine. In short, winter gear not needed, there is some snow on the path but small patches that you calmly bypass. Wonderful autumn day. At the end I made a little man which is weather sensitive, the view is fantastic.

I think it's doable, not much snow, some small crampons in backpack don't hurt, snow kinda fell at cca 1800 m but warm temps already taken quite a bit, but also quite wet so might slip a bit.
