The man was literally a machine and knows every hidden corner and paths (passages) around Stol. I have deep respect for him because he inspired me most for sports, so for such people I take my hat off.

heinz as I read you started debate about the ace whom I personally know! these stories are like you mentioned yes it was a bet namely come to stol and back under 2 hours, don't know if he exactly arrived up under 1 hour but it was close.you must know that this guy for trainings did up to 6 ascents and more daily by bike to Valvazor, and even now at his 53 years easily wins Ironman triathlons. anyway in best years he had no competition, but that's long ago, name heinz of this ace is Maks Pogačar, man alora I don't prick talk :P lp

Yesterday around 1 pm I also barely escaped an avalanche on Šentanc, because suddenly it rumbled. Adrenaline filled to the max.

Today I was on Stol, it was super, conditions pretty OK, could even go up and down without crampons, no problem! The only classic for Stol was wind up through the channel between Little and Big Stol... consequently cold there near -15 or more... but worth it cuz when on top all paid off

today climbed Vrtača, conditions fairly OK but a bit postholing where it shouldn't...otherwise we chose the right one and it turned out harder variant cuz there's a small step in middle not filled enough...fun otherwise...

Lately I haven't been around there but if you think it's even a bit of a shame for the car, leave the car rather at the pasture because it's less than 10 min to Tinčkova hut... you can safely park the car before the forest entrance... further I don't guarantee you'll get through... because there are often nasty ditches... I'm local so... you'll get stuck before shredding the tires...? lp
